Art has always felt like home to me.  I began creating early in life and went on to study painting at Universities in St. Louis, MO and in Florence, Italy.  What started out as an interest in figure drawing and painting  eventually led to a passion for non-representational art.

 

My paintings are an intuitive exploration of color, texture, and movement that act as a translation of subtle energy.

 

They're inspired by nature, working with the human energy field, and embodied movement, and are influenced by the expressive nature of gestural figure drawing.​
